To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同屋企人食晚餐,由於疫情又開始嚴重,我們主要要揀一間坐位夠闊落鬆動的餐廳,我們去左glasshouse。熱朱古力,朱古力味好濃,唔會有好重的奶味,順口、好飲薯條配黑松露醬 - 薯條好新鮮炸出黎,最開心莫過於此,薯條要夠熱先好食😃黑松露醬的味唔係好重,如果重少少會更好吃😄鵝肝星州炒米 - 鵝肝有好多粒,米粉夠辣,呢個幾開胃豬肋骨 - 肉質好淋好易切開,肉好入味,薯仔入面有沙律醬,上面灑左木魚,粟米表面有灑上芝士粉,粟米比起豬肋骨同薯仔就失色了少少片皮鴨pizza - 我喜歡這個pizza, 將皮片鴨的元素都係入面,表面有青瓜絲同蔥絲,pizza底都有塗甜麵醬,另外再加了芝士👍🏻👍🏻但鴨的比例如果多少少會更開心甜點 - 雞蛋仔好好食,仲有新鮮的水果同朱古力、oreo做配搭,我很喜歡甜的東西👍🏻
