下午營業時間到3pm,星期六預早時間1:45pm去到,後面三位就開始截龍,好彩排左45分鐘就可以入座,比想像中快。睇過報道,覺得白布烏冬好特別,全港得一間有,好奇心下好想試下。鴨肉入沾白布烏冬$86烏冬白滑,口感煙韌,呈長方形,有八塊,湯底帶甜有鴨脂香味,三片鴨胸,算厚身,口感嫩滑,烏冬夾上黎太滑,好難夾入口,要慢慢好有儀態咁食,否則彈到成身都係湯,過完冷河後,麵底凍,所以令湯底溫度好快下降,食到後半段湯變凍。雞肉入熱湯白布烏冬$75湯底應該用昆布鰹魚煲出黎,但味道太甜似壽喜燒,配料茄子、蔥吸滿湯汁,雞肉份量太少,得幾粒,但沒有驚喜。
