To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我個朋友生日所以訂左呢度兩位，因為平日同大家都住係灣仔既關係啦，之前都有問過啲朋友灣仔有咩地方係有情調點但又唔會太貴既朋友都推薦呢度！咁好啦訂左八點半，呢度有分indoor n outdoor 既我同我朋友都食煙咁梗係揀外面啦，中意食煙既人最一大樂事梗係可以一路食煙一路傾計飲酒食飯嫁啦，哈哈講得太遠添！咁好啦坐低左，雖然係夏天但係都幾正嫁喎有個大風扇吹住！啲staff 基本上全部都係外國人啲客都係所以個感覺都幾唔似係香港嫁，除左我對面個個唔係之外哈哈！好啦太肚餓啦叫啲野食先叫左個chicken strips n chips 呢個好食呀啲雞柳好嫩。再叫左個英式芝士焗粗薯條，加多cheese ... 我好中意食芝士所以好中意但係我揀哂啲Oliver 本人唔係太中意囉!叫左杯Hoegarrden 我朋友就叫左杯Stella我地都中意飲下啤酒食下炸野，正！！叫左個炸魷魚粒我認為個有多啲生菜係底的話會無咁罪惡感囉哈哈！呢度啲人都好nice .. 有個男仔過左泥同我地傾計知道我朋友生日介紹左一杯超易入口既紅酒俾我地飲。俾我想像中甜但係幾啱女仔飲喎！臨走同朋友掟左一場標，飲飽食醉一點走人。..
