這是我初嚐日本浜燒的食評。相信不小人都不知道甚麼是浜燒。浜燒是指將新鮮屠宰的海產,即捕即燒。我是第一次吃,於是如小孩般充滿好奇心。每張枱擺放了附金屬網的小爐,食客自行將海鮮放在網上烤,這種形式可讓食客自己動手燒,感受一下。先來前菜三文魚牛油果酢漬。以三文魚碎為主,配海澡、蕃茄仔、火箭菜及牛油果等,加入沙律醋,酸甜醒胃!喜歡吃魚生的我還點了北寄貝及池魚刺身。店員說他們的海鮮是每日從日本捕獲及新鮮直送到香港,難怪如此新鮮好味。想不到這裡有沖繩的特產海葡萄吃!小粒具特殊口感,點小許醋醬油吃,咬在嘴裡散發出海味的芳搭配。焱丸號是餐廳的招牌軍艦,配料滿溢!最後是燒木魚花帶子、鮑魚及燒蜆。將蜆連殼放上小爐,燒至硬殼自行張開,新鮮的汁液仍保留在殼內燒至沸騰,然後即吃,鮮味可想而知。帶子及鮑魚加入鰻魚汁及青酒一起燒,盡將海鮮鮮味帶出來!
