To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過譚仔佢新出左一款木瓜魚湯米線，未食過而且覺得幾新奇就決定試一試脆肉鯇都幾多，口感唔錯湯底揀咗平時食開嘅酸辣(+$1)、少米線(-$1)可能個辣蓋過左本身嘅木瓜味所以食唔出淨係食到酸辣同埋味精味米線加埋韭菜、芽菜、腐皮好正個人覺得呢款湯底冇乜特別，下次都係揀返普通酸辣米線不過次次食親到流晒汗，兼且個嘴紅晒環境都幾大，坐滿人食物上枱時間比較慢，等咗20分鐘先有得食
