和花亭裝修完便去食下啦,同樣地都係要等一段時間先可以有位,入到去到完全唔同哂,冇左迴轉壽司位,感覺同和民格局差唔多,野食其實同以前冇咩分別,都係一樣咁小選擇,來和花亭o既原因,係貪佢有廚師推介,每隔一段時間就會響鐘 : 叮...叮...叮...,今日廚師推介係......推介5份,客人要就舉手要,咁呢間和花亭就不停咁有待應、壽司師傅大聲叫幾多號檯一份,一滿左5份,就會再響鐘 : 叮...叮...叮...!那時o既氣氛好熱鬧,每檯客人都會爭相認購呢d廚師推介,因的確好抵,加上通常廚師推介,餐牌上係冇得order o既,所以一到呢個時候,好多客人都會特別期待(包括我在內),但現在已經冇左呢個響鐘o既廚師推介了,真係失色左好多,如果唔係為左呢樣特別o既野,我就唔會去和花亭,皆因款式真係好小,我寧願去板長la~~講返我食過d咩先,叫左d壽司、刺身同炸蠔,但竟然最快上檯o既係炸蠔,之後係刺身!刺身我叫左三款,油甘魚、帶子同三文魚腩,都好新鮮,特別係三文魚腩!整體o黎講,味道都ok o既,不過壽司確實整得耐左d!

講返我食過d咩先,叫左d壽司刺身同炸蠔,但竟然最快上檯o既係炸蠔,之後係刺身!

整體o黎講,味道都ok o既,不過壽司確實整得耐左d!
