原先跟囝囝旅行日,結果埋單一計,三小時內食左四餐,有無攪錯............之前食左三餐,理應食唔落,點知係街市無聊聊逛街,有冬陰公粉食.眼見心謀下又坐低.事實上,大埔街市近年滲入了不少其他元素,畢竟有競爭才有進步嘛!冬陰公金邊粉 : 作價$28包一杯飲品真係唔貴,伙記反應是快手快腳,而個人一向鍾情金邊粉,貪其切得纖幼,滑溜,吸收湯汁更全面徹底.這兒的冬陰湯偏向味酸,椰汁味較輕,濃度有點不足,能夠再濃郁些就更好,辣是一味的死辣,沒什麼層次感,蝦是而處理得不過不失,雖然得四五隻個子不大的蝦仁,但咬一口唔覺有蝦味,有點彈牙,可惜都救唔到幾多分.街市是會再來搵食,但呢間暫時都唔會囉.
