同朋友去銅鑼灣新開張嘅激安前,就梗係要先醫飽個肚啦。我哋去咗試船街嘅新餐廳「Flagship」,網上見人推介幾正咁,去到先知而家只係試業中,招牌都未正式掛上😳。不過餐廳已經做緊生意喇,晚上七點鐘左右入座率有八、九成!大家都係會捐窿捐罅搵食嘅同道中人😜。環境幾舒服,令人感覺輕鬆,樓面面積唔大,但勝在有兩層,樓上好適合Book嚟開Party。講返食物先,餐廳主打西餐🍽,但應該無話係偏向英式定法式等。選擇唔算特別多,前菜、主菜同甜品各有幾款選擇,價錢屬中等水平。Beets and Feta Salad($128),呢碟紅菜頭希臘芝士沙律夠晒特別,佢有別於其他餐廳慣常嘅田園沙律或者凱撒沙律,因為主角係用上紅菜頭💜。我其實都幾鍾意食紅菜頭,但就唔係成日食到。紅菜頭味道甜甜地、口感爽爽地,再搭配埋較清淡嘅希臘芝士同唔膩嘅醬汁,成個組合好新清,唔係單靠酸味嚟令你開胃。Clams in Lemongrass Sauce with Bread($148),唔同國家都有煮蜆呢道菜,通常都好食,當然呢度亦唔例外。首先蜆嘅新鮮度、呎吋同份量均令人滿意,更重要嘅係個忌廉汁超好食😋!醬汁Creamy得嚟無令人有好
