To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試吓係唔係真的名不虛傳

想試這間車仔麵店已經很久了，可是每一次路過星期日都關門，今天星期六專誠一早過來試一試。這間小小的麵店非常繁忙永遠都座無虛席。點餐只上選擇非常豐富，我試了他們的咖喱汁，而老公就試了他們的麻辣汁。唔知係唔係我們選擇錯誤，我們要的餸沒有什麼驚喜，我反而喜歡家裏後面街一間寂寂無名的小店，價錢及味道更加吸引。老公雖然是外國人，但他很喜歡炸魚皮皮，見這裏有得點所以我們亦叫了來試一試，可惜炸魚皮不是太新鮮，吃落囗感硬硬的有點失望。
