To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說早前經過呢個商場,見到有呢間餐廳,我就同友人講要搵日食下,係學生時代既回憶,於是今日放工就黎到呢到找回這個回憶。跟以前一樣,餐廳在晚餐時段都有一些小食和壽司會做優惠,從前跟屋企人黎佢地就最中意叫三文魚壽司,不過今次我就冇叫啦!餐牌上有好多唔同款式的烏冬,而且還有便當,唔怕食唔飽!蟹籽沙律($18),只要惠顧二十穀米或手打烏冬就可以優惠價食到,雖然係平左,但係份量都唔少!麵豉燒雞扒蕃茄湯讚岐手打烏冬($62),以前都好中意叫呢款烏冬,蕃茄湯味道濃,夠哂酸!手打烏冬夠彈牙,唔會整到淋哂,烏冬份量岩岩好,唔會太少。燒雞扒皮脆肉嫩,有少少麵豉的味道唔會太咸,如果浸一浸湯會更加惹味!軟殼蟹天婦羅便當($108),這個便當都真係幾抵食,除左有軟殼蟹,仲有沙律、刺身、壽司、麵豉湯同埋烏冬。刺身有三文魚、甜蝦等,都幾厚切同埋新鮮。而壽司有玉子、三文魚、魷魚同埋赤貝,味道都唔錯同埋唔細舊。而烏冬用上清湯,更能夠品嚐到烏冬的彈牙感覺。麵豉湯的味道剛剛好,唔會太咸。而軟殼蟹天婦羅唔會好油,而且足足有一隻軟殼蟹。這個價錢能夠食到咁多野真係幾抵食!鹽燒三文魚頭($52),友人好中意食魚頭,今次點了這個三文魚

鹽燒三文魚頭($52),友人好中意食魚頭,今次點了這個三文魚頭,魚頭燒得都幾脆口,魚肉能夠食到好香的三文魚油味,如果覺得太油也可以點上附有的酸汁。

這間餐廳跟從前一樣還是這麼價廉物美,間唔使食下也是一個不錯的選擇!
