好幾道菜都是重口味,近尾聲來個反高潮,清清地來碟菜蔬類,以豆漿煮山藥及腐竹,陣陣豆香又鮮甜,清清味蕾的感覺真好。

龍蝦湯蝦球帶子泡脆米(兩位用)

Poached Prawn and Scallop in Lobster Bisque Sprinkled with Crispy Rice (For 2 persons)

用料不單名貴,湯底鮮甜味美,根本是西式龍蝦湯,蝦肉爽口彈牙,而帶子肉質嫩滑,加上脆米,口感複雜。



說起來,又快到中秋節了,若果大家正在煩,要找好地方吃團圓飯,帝景軒未嘗不是一個好地方,如果住宿更可以逛逛旁邊的海灘,欣賞優美的晚景,至少沒有光害吧!
