To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友話我知石門有間頗隱世的Cafe行過都唔多覺，今日特登去試吓。約了很久沒見的好友，想找個靜靜地又可坐耐些的餐廳，這兒是不錯的選擇。餐廳面積不大，樓底高，裝飾頗有心思，牆上有掛鈎供客人掛隨身物品。👍👍我們都諗住早、午一餐攪掂，所以叫了大大份Deleux all day breakfast😍😍超豐富！有墨松露炒蛋、三文魚、火腿、雞肉腸、茄汁豆、蕃茄、沙律菜和火龍果，包包可自選，我揀了竹炭包。整體用料新鮮，味道也不錯，腸不會太咸，有少少黑椒味幾香，炒蛋也滑！朋友選了提子鬆餅，我試了少少，番熱了味道很好哩！😋👍這個餐包一杯飲品，朋友揀柚子蜜，我獨愛咖啡☕️所以加$6要杯美式咖啡!吃飽又傾餐飽，大滿足呀！會再來試埋其他食物！
