To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講起來係標準的豚骨湯，真心唔錯喎！湯底濃厚得黎又唔死鹹，入口即溶咁滑。啲叉燒肉軟腍得黎又唔肥膩，簡直係惹味到爆燈！🍜 叉燒片好似媲美專門店咁精彩，啖啖肉感，呢個必須讚下。而家嘅黑王，我講真，見到黑滔滔嘅湯頭有少少後慌，但食落真係一驚喜！墨魚嘅香味過江龍咁飄出，啖啖都話得上係喋血般嘅美味。🦑赤王就嚟個溫和嘅Kick，辣得啱啱好，惦記晒心尖尖！加埋個溏心蛋，蛋黃流得黎又唔會過散，個個都捧場到五體投地。🥚呢家問我後悔唔後悔？唔使諗，只會後悔點解自己唔早啲落嚟。無論係拉麵控定係搵食尋寶嘅食客，呢度絕對值得一試！食得開心，同啲朋友分享下嘞！
