最近聽聞屯門有一間主打凍肉和壽司店幾多朋友介紹,就去左試下,主要以外賣為主,有拉麵、壽司和刺身,仲有雞煲、羊腩煲、凍肉等,亦有不少日韓台代購。首先點左三文魚刺身半磅,刺身係新鮮直送嘅,肉質細膩油潤,入口即化。每片切得夠厚,咬落去時鮮味四溢,魚油香撲鼻。呢款刺身啱啱好有油脂感,但唔會太肥膩,加埋少許青芥末同豉油,味道更豐富。如果你係三文魚控,一定唔可以錯過。🍣至於火炙三文魚飯,呢個飯係用火炙過嘅三文魚片鋪喺白飯上面,火炙令到三文魚表層微微焦香,但入面依然保持嫩滑。🔥再介紹一下雜錦魚生飯,呢個飯真係集合咗唔同種類嘅魚生,口感層次豐富。🍱最後介紹貓山王榴槤肉,呢款係可以放-18度冰箱儲存長達九個月嘅榴槤肉,解凍後依然保持到原有嘅濃郁榴槤香味。貓山王嘅榴槤肉特別幼滑,果肉綿密,入口濃香馥郁。🌰
