To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾年大家都話好多麵包好似空氣包，食完都冇感覺，當時呢間麵包店隆重開業的時候已經一直想試，但果時只得佐敦店，漸漸地越開越多分店，今日終於食到啦！1. 宇治納言比高🥯bagel抹茶味好濃，帶有回甘，麻糬及紅豆分量適中，如果紅豆分量可以多一點會更好，由於店鋪沒有焗爐及翻熱服務，吃的時候有點實及難咬開，但回家翻熱後，口感馬上提升不少，值得再試。2. 慢煮雞肉蘑菇🍗一見到雞脾造型已經好想食，但當時太飽了。回家翻熱後再吃，麵包皮薄，內餡是雞肉蘑菇粒，沒有醬汁，味道較淡。
