To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個月前到這裡食糯米雞都有潤腸喺裏面,今次嚟到冇,但係幅相都有問過員工員工問廚房後回覆因為條粉腸溶咗我跟員工說這個理由我無法接受,還是你給我取消或者換過一隻,她說那取消吧,早知之前不好心幫你改己選菜項,因為我之前叫了鳳爪排骨飯後改糯米雞,其實給他們也不到10秒鐘已舉手更換,其實給我更改也是服務,怎麼將服務變成恩賜其他食物跟酒樓沒什麼差別,牛肉球冇牛肉味,叉燒包又咸又甜,地面超級污糟,員工不友善沒笑容。不會再來
