厚福街我成日嚟,但以前完全唔知道有呢間Mokumoku Yakiton的存在,或者因為佢唔係街舖,都係朋友介紹先知道原來還有呢間串燒店的存在。環境佈置幾溫馨氣氛,幾岩黎飲下酒傾下計。呢度有個特別之處,就係...豬🐷。真係乜豬都有得食,睇睇餐牌,唔同的豚肉串燒、豬內臟串燒,超特別的還有豬肝慕絲。既然來了一間豬肉專門店,點可以唔食豬😍——不過食肉之前飲d酒暖胃先,我叫咗杯京姬葡萄酒,$65,口感香甜順喉,一點也沒有酒精的嗆辣味道,反而甜甜酸酸,超開胃。首先嚟個豚肉蒜芯卷,係我嘅是日最愛!豚肉包裹著新鮮的蒜芯,蒜芯有微微辛辣味,加上鮮嫩豚肉,味道已經很豐富,完全無需多餘的調味,入口鮮嫩多汁,非常美味。然後是白金豚肉林檎紅薑卷, 白金豚有著極品豚肉之稱,可謂豬中Prada。五花腩肉包裹著蘋果塊,然後用串燒點特製mayonnaise,mayonnaise入面好像有磨碎的薑蓉,酸酸咪咪但帶辣,加上爽脆的蘋果,酸、甜、辣混合一齊,中和咗豚肉的油膩感。西班牙黑豚肉肩肉串, 油脂分佈平均,肉味較其他豚肉重,但唔係羶味個種。厚切白金豚肉雖然同上面嘅肩肉串好似樣,但因為是腩位,油脂比例更加高,但完全唔會膩,

食咗咁多豬都要變下口味,我們又點了雞翼串,其實烤雞翼係一道好單純的料理,真係好難整得唔好食
。係單純地略灑鹽後再烤至皮脆肉嫩。脆皮的鹹香、鮮嫩的雞肉、爆出黎的雞汁,真係不得了‼️

最後嚟個甜品椰子雪糕,一食落個椰子雪糕有好重椰奶味,同埋好creamy,鍾意濃郁口味的食落就會覺得十分正‼️但係對於一D比較鍾意重椰青清淡口味的朋友就未必太過適合🤔

香港日式串燒店好多,但好似Mokumoku Yakiton呢度以豬為主打真是首遇,有噱頭又有實力,值得一試!
