To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果你問我「中西日韓星馬泰越印意法德俄」咁多個國家嘅菜系要揀一個最鍾情嘅話，我可以義無反顧地話你知，就係「日本菜」啦！睇返自己嘅飲食相簿，幾乎佔咗八成都係日本菜囉！哈哈～記得嗰日我地出咗去港島區遊玩，去咗好多地方，夜晚搭車返番嚟旺角呢頭搵食，但係點知好多鋪頭因為疫情關係都提前關門。於是我地就上咗去Moko碰吓運氣啦。結果得返「千両」喺夜晚九點幾鐘嘅時候，仲招待緊客人入內用餐。咁我地就決定食「千両」，雖然對我嚟講係好高嘅消費。。。我地都點咗好多款式啊，有我最鍾意嘅「左口魚裙邊」、「牛油果鰻魚卷」、「牛油炒雜菌」、「天婦羅蝦卷」、「玉子燒」等等。。。全部都好大件好肥美好好食！齋睇相都已經令人「垂涎三尺」啦。。。
