To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

拉麵呢樣野可以話男女老少都鍾意食，不過如果加入左辣就唔係人人食得起喇，呢度既激辛味噌拉麵(95蚊)都好貼心，好似D米線舖咁分為4個level既辣，今日就食左個level 2，好食得辣既人可能覺得唔夠辣，我呢d新手就覺得o岩o岩好，因為太辣可能仲會搶走晒本身個味噌湯既原味，而家反而恰到好處，拉麵好彈牙下，叉燒好好味，可以多幾塊就好啦！配左個串燒雞軟骨小食(32蚊)，香脆又有嚼勁，脆卜卜，一個人食晒四串都無難度！
