To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 灣仔呢間天然齋第一次黎食,有啲驚喜。首先食物賣相都幾精緻,而且夠大份,唔會食唔飽。首先梗係要點佢個招牌叉燒包,包住黎食,唔會咁漏,都幾正。而叉燒勝在乾身唔會濕立立,啱啱好。好多時去齋鋪都會叫生炒骨呢個個味都幾好,而且碟底唔好好多汁,証明廚師掌握得好好炸豬扒,配烏冬食好惹味羅漢齋炒麵,份量好足,好多餸,另外一贊係唔會有多餘嘅"獻汁",我好怕食一pat pat獻呢個濃湯浸時蔬,有好多我鍾意食嘅腐竹,正招牌炒飯,今餐食左好多澱粉質囉。最後來個甜品糖水作結。之前寫左篇關於yoho mall stormies嘅食評,唔知係咪因為負皮,十多天以來一直不被批核。其實我只係說出我的心底話,又唔係打手,希望可以快些見到天日。不過可能連呢篇大家都唔會見到。希望大家見到啦~
