To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情期間自己煮多咗，但間中都要外出行吓，如果唔係真係人都癲。今日中午阿囡揀咗老爹茶居，限聚令二人一枱，不想等位惟有早啲，十一點幾到餐廳還有很多坐位。套餐冇嘢啱阿囡口味，所以散叫蟹柳鮮茄意大利飯，賣相不錯。阿囡話味道也可以。我點了套餐，有餐包、紅湯和飲品，主菜是鮮蝦什菌意大利粉。鮮蝦夠爽口，扁意粉略淋身，但味道不錯錯，分量也剛剛好，加埋餐包和飲品已經好full了。我點的是蜂蜜紅茶，個人覺得甜左D，但食物質素整體是不錯的。只是如要在戶外等位時遇上下雨和熱天的話，我就未必會等了
