To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

賣相好但難食兼無新鮮！

今日點左一個咖喱蟹和香茅蝦，記得以前真係幾好，但係真係疫情之後好耐無來吃了，突然覺得退步好多，同埋海鮮極其不新鮮。個蟹我敢講係冰凍左好耐好耐，非常唔新鮮，同樣個蝦都係！點解知道係冰凍左好耐唔係新鮮蟹，因為肉非常鞋，同埋咬落去d肉係一舊一舊痴埋一齊嘅⋯雖然以前係唔錯，但宜家唔會再推薦！呢間野位於大尾篤，係幾間泰國菜其中之一，之前因為去過幾次，從來唔會光顧其他泰國菜，來親淨係揀呢間，估唔到真係咁失望，唔知係咪外賣所以給d冰凍蟹應付。
