To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

賣相普通，但食物一流既中菜

第一次黎呢間餐廳，我覺得環境唔錯，今次坐既係近窗位置，可以睇到海景，係望摩天輪嗰個方向。一人份量既魚羹岩岩好，可以再食。龍蝦肉質唔錯，加埋佢嘅陪汁，送飯一流。最鍾意係食呢一個鱈魚柳，味道同埋肉質都啱啱好，可以食多幾件都冇問題，佢有兩個份量可以選擇（輕怡同例牌），早知咁好食就應該叫例牌。法邊豆都唔錯，唔會份量太多，兩個人食啱啱好。雖然係平常嘅家常蒸肉餅，但係都真係整得唔錯，可以試完再試，不過如果唔額外再加豉油會更加好。甜品我最鍾意食嘅係芒果糯米卷，佢個糯米皮整得非常好，配埋入邊嘅芒果肉甜甜地，幾好食，酥皮蛋撻個酥皮就麻麻地，可能係因為唔係即刻整嘅關係，杏仁茶芝麻湯圓個芝麻湯圓麻麻哋，芝麻味唔出，可以唔使試。
