To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我哋已經幫襯左摩斯好多年，好多時都係食下午茶或者午餐，最鍾意食佢嘅雞髀配炸薯角，同埋熱狗配炸薯角。因為鍾意摩斯餐廳嘅即磨咖啡，所以下午茶多數都會嚟。今時今日以佢嘅價錢同埋質素來講，都算性價比高。佢嘅雞髀唔係好大隻，但是肉的質量好有咬口，雞髀入味，雞皮煎得香脆。佢嘅薯角夠入味，而且脆卜卜。熱狗簡簡單單，有一條好大質素好靚嘅香腸，只係配上酸酸嘅熱狗醬，麵包鬆軟好食。餐廳播一啲好柔和嘅歌，環境不錯。
