To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境- 空氣彌漫一陣”up”味，當其他火鍋店要排隊，而呢間唔使點排隊，就知道係有原因。枱- 不夠位置放置食物湯底- below average，沒有特別，亦無鮮味食物 - 大部分食物都唔太新鮮，不論係牛、豬、雞定羊肉，還是丸or其他配菜，蝦都唔太新鮮，肉質係爛爛地，連餐肉等加工食品味道都一般般飲品- 正常雪糕 - 一盒盒既雪糕可能係呢餐相對上無咁失望既野食不會有下一次光顧了😶😶😶
