To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

泰癮起啊，有無人好鍾意食泰國咗菜？我久唔久就好想去食，呢間已經數唔出嚟過幾多次了，貪其價錢唔太貴之餘，質素都算幾穩定次次都叫以下2款沙冰，好新鮮果香甜味<芒果沙冰> $36 <椰皇沙冰> $32<極上燒安格斯西冷牛小排>(約9安士) $168每次都必叫佢呢個牛，用咗泰式炭燒法，外層被炭燒得頗香，入面仲嫩溝得嚟帶少少筋位，加上點埋個泰式醬汁更提味<泰皇咖哩炒海鮮> $238海鮮有青口大蝦魷魚大蜆海鮮好新鮮無霉，而且件件都好大隻下，大蜆好鮮甜外，大蝦都幾爽口彈牙另外不得不叫就是他們蒜蓉包，焗得非常香肥，蒜香不段，點少少咖哩汁仲正<小曼谷炒飯> $95蛋未算好嫩滑，但都夠蛋香味，飯粒炒得分明軟硬適中
