To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來小店都有得book 位, 我地walk in, 好彩時間尚早, 勉強有張細台俾我地。帶子刺身: 甜, 可惜太細隻了, 切開好細片, 所以我地encore 左~甜假刺身: 甜三文魚腩刺身: 肥美, 但都是偏細舊牡丹隻刺身: 好大隻! 大隻過我日本食, 可能個種唔同, 好甜, 不過太貴了, 味道同甜蝦差不多, 第日會食番甜蝦。燒蟶子: 佢地本來recommend 蟶子刺身, 但我覺得燒會好d,所以就蒜茸燒, 好香蒜茸味, 燒到有少少焦, 燒得岩岩好, 唔會「un」, 好香口燒元貝: 有蒜茸燒, 同日本沙律醬燒,我地每樣味道一隻, 沙律醬味道甜甜地, 我覺得好味d, 燒得岩岩好, 好嫩, 正!

牡丹隻刺身: 好大隻! 大隻過我日本食, 可能個種唔同, 好甜, 不過太貴了, 味道同甜蝦差不多, 第日會食番甜蝦。

燒蟶子: 佢地本來recommend 蟶子刺身, 但我覺得燒會好d,所以就蒜茸燒, 好香蒜茸味, 燒到有少少焦, 燒得岩岩好, 唔會「un」, 好香口

燒元貝: 有蒜茸燒, 同日本沙律醬燒,我地每樣味道一隻, 沙律醬味道甜甜地, 我覺得好味d, 燒得岩岩好, 好嫩, 正!
