早排 Bel Bel 和三個朋友,約埋一齊去佐敦的和匠食正宗的日式燒烤。舖頭位置仲以為在小街好難搵,但去到至知原來由地鐵站一出,向前行一陣再轉左就係,對面原來是拔萃女書院,位置都幾方便。餐廳正正因為在小街,感覺旺中帶靜。座位都幾多,入面有間 VIP 房,就連單人位都有,不論是一支公或者十多人的聚會都能夠照顧周到。本來大家約左 7:30pm,但係咁岩個個都忙仲未到,所以只有我一個人坐著,我唯有靜靜地細味店內的佈置。原來餐廳貴為頂級和牛 - 飛驒牛的指定店,除了飛驒牛肉,還有和牛舌等,但當然,一塊飛驒牛價格都很貴啦。侍應見我等了很久,於是主動介紹前菜給我邊吃邊等。於是,我叫了韓國泡菜及芥辣八爪魚粒。韓國泡菜的味道帶點微酸微辣,我不太吃得辣的都覺得幾容易入口。芥辣八爪魚粒,有一點點 Wasabi 味,微刺激但剛好不嗆鼻,正好帶出生八爪魚的鮮味,而且口感煙煙靭靭,滑潺潺又有些膠質,都幾爽口,真的很特別的前菜。食左無耐,另外三位朋友陸續來到了。我們齊人時都差不多九點了,我們點了幾道菜後,侍應也介紹一些必食之選給我們。燒之前店主先介紹下三種味道的醬汁:芝麻醬 - 味道較濃甜,有芝麻香,我覺得點豬肉

醬油 - 鹹中帶甜的豉油,點牛肉就最夾
自家製柚子皮醋 - 柚子皮幾突出,微酸微甜的,味道最清新 汁燒原隻魷魚筒,魷魚好大隻又好厚肉,爽口彈牙,上面的甜醬汁份量都幾多,而且仲好入味添~

食燒肉,如果可以飲少少啤酒,既滋味,又可稍為清下熱氣。店主介紹了呢款北海道知床 Draftworld Heritage 啤酒俾我地飲,他真係無介紹錯,味道唔太有啤酒的甘味,反而帶有綠茶的味道,感覺上無咁容易飲醉,我都幾鍾意,而且覺得都好岩女仔飲架~
