To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

貴得有價值的牛角包熱潮過後，人龍大減，但水準依舊。單價高，但物有所值。高品質食材如法國麵粉真係貴。牛角包係不二之選。熱賣的抹茶牛角停產了，欣賞老闆有勇氣去做呢個決定。今次試了杏仁牛角，鬆脆酥香，層次分明，牛油麵粉香令人食指大動。比起抹茶及芝麻牛角包的忌廉，我更喜歡呢個似果醬般的內餡。面層鋪滿杏仁片，好脆口。一定會再食。次次去品穀都好苦惱，全部包都想食想試，但胃就得一個。但到頭來一定會買返牛角包。佢的經典法包我都好喜歡。
