走出九龍城,已有不少好食又地度嘅泰菜餐廳。但估唔到就連葵芳嘅街坊區都可以揾到cp值高嘅泰國餐---泰星匯。喺同一條街開左倆間鋪,一間做泰菜,而另一間就主打冬陰車仔麵,海南雞飯,但伙計整晚就將店內美食在倆店中穿梭,真令我聯想到水門大排檔嘅熱鬧。海鮮冬陰公湯,細size其實都夠四人用,湯味香濃,酸酸辣辣中帶住楓柑葉嘅香,係我中意嘅味泰北脆炸鱸魚生菜包,相當新奇,因為平時大多點生菜包肉碎,所以有新鮮感,將鱸魚起肉切粒炸至香脆,再拌入香茅,辣椒,大葱,菠蘿粒,腰果,層次感豐富,食前沾上酸汁,十分開胃燒大鱔也有驚喜,肉厚肥美,配埋秘製泰式辣醬就更覺惹味。特價推介黃金咖哩蟹每隻$138,個人認為咖哩汁過濃,食起黎有些許膩。薑葱蟹肉海鮮炒粉絲,味道係好好,海鮮有中蝦魷魚,唯獨唔太食到蟹肉三色冰個人推介椰青沙冰,份量十足,椰青味濃,$39咋,如果唔係太飽,真係想追加
