假日與友人到旺角逛街,先在這裏吃個午餐。餐廳的座位在二樓,裝修頗有格調,有大量座位和少量卡位。先點一壼Rose Jasmine ($38),淡淡柔和的玫瑰茉莉花茶,喝完茶壼內的茶後,店員隨即添加,大約沖了兩次後,顏色會轉淡。Osmanthus Oolong ($38),頗喜歡這個桂花烏龍,桂花令本身比較濃郁的烏龍添上清香淡雅。在沖過兩次後,仍能嚐到烏龍茶的餘韻。牛腰扒($238)五成熟,份量足,先嚐原味的牛腰扒,品嚐其軟滑細膩,再配上自選的牛肝菌汁,令牛腰扒的味道更豐厚。牛腰扒底層疊放上蘆荀,由於放在底層,牛腰扒的油份和汁滲下到蘆筍裏,清爽新鮮的蘆筍還散發出牛腰扒的油香。旁邊的車厘茄令賣相更吸引,也增加酸甜味。竹炭牛肉漢堡($148),麵包是竹炭顏色,麵包頂及底層都非常香脆,中間有兩片新鮮清甜的蕃茄片,牛肉鬆軟,牛味濃郁。旁邊有很多沙律菜,新鮮爽口。咬下一口,會滲出牛肉汁。賣相和味道都甚佳。一口炸雞($58),酥脆的炸雞,外脆內滑,滑嫩的雞肉保留了其水份,不會炸得過乾。蘸點甜辣醬吃,有點像韓式炸雞。紅菜頭沙律($28),紅菜頭切成一至兩口大小,甜而軟稔,入口多汁,頂層還有甜核桃,沙律菜
