日本過江龍喺香港已經有4間分店,主打江戶天丼,仲連續五屆榮獲日本全國天丼金賞🤩 真係要試吓😋江戶前天丼當然要先試主打嘅江戶前天丼,用上江戶時代醬汁秘方,配穴子、海老、小柱魷魚天婦羅餅、溫泉蛋、海苔、莢豌豆。 穴子即係星鰻, 而呢個招牌穴子天婦羅足足長達30cm,外脆內軟,肉質纖細軟滑呢度嘅天婦羅採用日本特製高級胡麻油, 所以天婦羅特別芳香撲鼻,及色澤亦較深。秘製醬汁已經放上,所以唔駛再外加,味道香濃入味食到一半,仲記住要將半熟嘅炸溫泉蛋戳破,蛋汁包住飯一齊食,濕潤香口迷你天丼& 稻庭烏冬(温)菇菌、海老、南瓜、海苔、莢豌豆、溫泉蛋另外仲點咗特色嘅稻庭烏冬,配料如海藻、蔥花、鰹魚花等,可自由配搭,再加上順滑鮮香嘅溫泉蛋♨️,味道更佳😋😋檸檬果凍清涼感覺,Q彈口感,加上酸酸地,可以減膩
