大坑的 Nocino 主打瑞士意大利菜,手工意粉同Tiramisu 都非常出色,一直以來都一位難求,如果想weekend嚟要2個月前預先book位。近排見到餐廳在觀塘開分店,才醒起半年前食過大坑分店還未post 相。記錄一下,當時食了:𖤐ˊ˗ Arancini Ticinese炸意大利飯團,內餡有蘑菇同芝士,一點都不會油膩,好新奇𖤐ˊ˗ Wagyu Beef Tartare含大蒜、雞蛋和橄欖油,面頭脆薯平衡了Beef Tartare油膩感,口感有層次又夠味𖤐ˊ˗ Nduja Reginette手工波浪麵,味道像韓國辛辣麵,口感像刀削麵但非常彈牙,好惹味𖤐ˊ˗ Odette‘s TiramisuTiramisu好濕潤好重酒味,一樣非常出色
