整整一年冇見嘅老同事,絞盡腦汁搵地方相聚一刻,因香港食肆絶大部分限時又貴,終於搵到在新蒲崗食晚飯聚會。我們一行7人柯打了以下餸菜:🌟半隻東江鹽焗雞:沙薑調味唔錯,雞亦有鹽焗味。🌟脆炸原隻德國豬手:香脆、唔咸、唔硬、肉質juicy,還有酸菜鋪底,酸菜唔太酸唔太鹹,味道啱啱好。🌟招牌鳳梨咕嚕肉:調味酸甜適中,咕嚕肉大大件。🌟豉汁豆腐蒸白鱔:豆腐滑,白鱔味道一般,但勝在夠晒多件。🌟椒絲腐乳通菜:好大碟,好多菜,味道可以同一般酒樓媲美。🌟梅菜蒸鯇魚:勁多梅菜和大鯇魚,魚肉嫩滑,好味道。簡直冇壓力嘅一餐晚飯,冇限時,成為HK$633,每人都唔使一百蚊,我們叫咗三個飯佢話送嘅,唔怪得六點幾,已經坐爆曬人。
