5天假期第一餐就來一個大滿足! 起動lunch menu 有三個teppanyaki course,我們仨選了竹。享受沙律的同時,lahris忍唔住影低專心為我們燒三文魚的廚師三文魚燒得好香! 鹽可以輕一點這個lunch,可以選蝦/帶子,朋友選了蝦,lahris就選了帶子,lahris兩樣都試過,都好吃主角出現了!!! 美國薄牛,燒得剛好,medium其實都已經入口即溶咁,medium rare更正!!!! 肉汁超豐富,大概每人有三片吧廚師將一塊美國薄牛燒得剛好,再捲上蒜片和香蔥,再一分為二,剛好是入口的份量,好味!!剩餘的牛脂就用來炒飯,飯粒分明,而且有一陣牛肉香和蛋香炒麵就淡了點然後有lahris最愛的炒芽菜,麵豉湯配以是日甜品作結,這個口感又唔似日式cheese cake,但一樣好吃
