To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超巨型鰻魚蛋包飯！

DINNER SET頭盤竟然會包呢d！西班牙火腿配梳打餅～ 雖然上面既醬汁有點兒搶左少少味道。呢個小食超級滿意！！蝦多士 一上檯熱辣辣，夠酥脆，而且黑白芝麻各有風味 真係好香～～ 沾埋煉奶又係一個新的感覺 又幾得意之後仲有個單邊雞翼，係蜜糖黑椒～ 蜜糖味都算重，略嫌比較瘦冇咩肉同埋唔算多黑椒味道。重頭戲黎喇！就係鰻魚蛋包飯！！超大條鰻魚，兩個人食到最後都有點兒辛苦 覺得少少過膩。真係好誇張！鰻魚長不得止，仲要好鬼厚身！而蛋包飯本身都好似落左唔少牛油；所以唔襯熱食凍左少少即刻就好膩既感覺～另外之後就叫左碟意粉，其實份量唔算少既 不過個碟用左超迷你版，比人感覺好似得好少咁～ 但都幾欣賞佢個醬汁整得唔錯～
