To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox Café (尖沙咀)📍尖沙咀梳士巴利道18號Victoria Dockside K11 Musea B1樓B110號舖Chatterbox cafe 開左一段時間，但一直都排長龍，放工之後基本上少啲耐性都好難食到😅。今日決定早啲去，終於都挑戰成功了！Chatterbox Cafe 黎到香港再延續新加坡文華大酒店Chatterbox的傳奇！最出名就係佢地最有新加坡風味嘅海南雞飯，所以一直都好想試下啲雞有幾滑 同埋個油飯有幾香😋餐廳空間，大裝修又靚，卡位都算多，而我地都好好彩被安排到卡位座，環境好又坐得舒服點都係加分位👍🏻👍🏻我地叫左一個飯，一個麵，再加一個小食做晚餐，飽到不得了！👩‍🍳 文華海南雞飯 $123馳名海南雞果然名不虛傳，雞味好濃，肉質鮮嫩，肥瘦又非常適中！如果有幸食到髀位可能更加滑溜添呀！而海南雞嘅靈魂 - 油飯就真係好香，空口食都可以食一碗🤭👩‍🍳 招牌大蝦喇沙 $163喇沙椰汁味道極濃郁，除咗大蝦之外，仲有好吸味嘅豆腐卜，魚片同埋雞蛋！大蝦好厚肉大隻、豆腐非常吸湯，入晒味，而魚片呢啲配角都鮮咩十足！少貴但用料十足，真係好惹味！👩‍🍳 咸蛋雞翼6隻 $

雞翼連雞翼尖煎香過，面頭塗面厚厚一層鹹蛋黃！雖然話好厚一層，但係一啲都唔咸！每一隻雞翼都唔細，如果每人兩隻就岩岩好！
