To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間殿大喜屋位於尖沙咀,已經開業多年,但質素依然都保持到水準,最吸引我嘅當然係刺身任食啦!壽司款式亦都唔少,我特別喜歡海膽拖羅壽司,因為夠晒矜貴兼好味。重有師傅即場包手卷,兩款選擇 - 深海皇帝蟹手卷和北海道海膽手卷。 當然兩款都食晒,因為師傅現場包手卷的關係,所以紫菜特別脆口。呢度嘅鵝肝仲有冷熱兩款,凍嘅有法式紅酒藍莓鵝肝,熱嘅就係鐵板鵝肝厚多士,鵝肝超厚身,油香美味!因為太多嘢食嘅關係,唯有放棄熟食區喇。飲品方面款式都好豐富,除了雪櫃內的飲品任飲之外,仲有冷熱清酒、梅酒、紅白餐酒同埋啤酒供應,就算淨飲嘢都已經物超所值。甜品方面只能攻雪糕,因為個肚已太飽,食唔落了,唯有等下次再嚟食過。
