To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

開心大發現,荃灣眾坊街的《意壽司》,自己本身不是荃灣街坊,只是偶然路過,門面尚算吸引,加上性價比高,值得推介。點了幾款美食,先來冷盤,是帶子蟹膏刺身 $65 有4件,帶子新鮮,蟹膏濃味,蟹籽艷美,味道配搭得宜,互相不會蓋過對方的味道,認真不錯。再來蟹籽軟殼蟹沙律,軟殼蟹炸得香脆,最特別是用上了沙律醬加沙律醋,創新之餘,味道也不錯。喜歡的還有脆口的生菜,清新味美。小食有日式煎餃子,餃子皮薄嫩,肉質鬆軟,加上酸酸的餃子汁,一件兩口,十分滋味。唐揚魷魚軟骨,平到一個點……🤭🤭 原來每條魷魚,只有一件魷魚骨,所以是限量供應。它比起雞軟骨柔軟一些,味道較魷魚肉淡點,炸後脆口彈牙,佐酒佳品。 主食點了鵝肝和牛炒飯,製作認真,很欣賞那些甘荀粒的刀功,比米粒還少啊! 👍👍。飯粒棵棵分明,不會黏在一起,飯底還放了些鵝肝,香味即時提升。性價比高,誠意為街坊而設的日本餐廳,值得收藏。
