To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

墨魚嘴 & 手撕雞 & 蟹籽冷麵 (麻辣汁) ($44)-今次係第一次食，唔知選咩醬汁、配料。本身見到太多的食評都說員工態度西，都有少少怕。但今次員工態度好好，同我都算係有講有笑，仲簡單咁講左3-4樣受歡迎既配菜。員工話人氣配菜有手撕雞同墨魚嘴，所以我就叫曬2樣再另加蟹籽。-👌🏻手撕雞冇想像中咁多咁滑，但味道同調味都好好。墨魚嘴肉質緊實有嚼勁，好好食。蟹籽脆卜卜，我自己中意。-我好都中意佢既麵底，麵底爽滑有彈性，唔會一餅野咁。仲因為員工用碗攪攪下，令每條都沾滿醬汁，不會出現無味/太重味的情況。青瓜絲更加令整體口感升級，建議唔好拒絕~(唔使加錢)。性價比都okay，會再食。
