六本虎居是間日式居酒屋,主打吃串燒,是次與朋友享用的是Tasting menu (HKD1200/2 pax),包括2款前菜、10款串燒、2款主食及1款湯品。前菜的煙燻鰹魚增添了一股煙燻風味,更突顯魚肉本身的香氣和滋味,另一款前菜有海膽魷魚卷。串燒部分必選紫蘇雞皮蝦,雞皮卷著紫蘇葉及蝦肉令味道升華不少,雞皮烤得酥脆,加上爽彈的蝦肉,一口嘗盡三種味道,好好吃!另外雞全翼、雞胸及雞腎也很到位。主食有清酒蒸真蠔及明太子/三文魚燒飯團,清酒蒸真蠔的蠔肉有半隻手的大,淡淡酒香,生蠔肥美鮮甜又creamy,最後有暖胃的清雞湯,滿足。
