今天去試食,在元朗朗屏一間特別菜館,內部裝修可以用“精緻簡潔”四個字來形容,大小枱約20張,排隊人龍到街尾,就係壽富街“大圍小館”.食物以傳統、懷舊點心聞名,明爐燒味,魚池海中鮮,都是好出名.初嘗第一道點心,豬油渣銀針粉,豬油渣自家製造,蝦米、菜脯味道適中,是一碗可口美味美食.第二道菜灌湯餃,餡料非常豐富,選用北海道瑤柱、帶子、天白花菇、海白蝦和金華火腿,味道非常濃郁,切開還有好多湯流出.流心糯米雞,內裏有大冬菇和新鮮雞肉、豬肉,糯米雞頂有隻流心蛋黃,切開蛋黃流下,加上煎過糯米飯,有些脆口,令到糯米飯非常好味,有口感,但係好飽肚.香茜牛肉玻璃腸,香甜滑口加上鹹甜豉油,百食不厭.還有蝦餃燒賣,都係選用新鮮豬肉、海白蝦及鮮筍嚟泡製,有口感又好味!二人品嘗,捧腹而回.
