啱啱去完韓國,好掛住韓國嘅嘢食,所以今日就特登嚟到首爾家食韓國菜啦。嗰日係星期日,我哋冇book到位,大約六點上到去,等左十分鐘到就有位啦。不過去到差唔多七點嘅時候,餐廳滿座,門口都有唔少人喺度等位。我最掛住嘅就係韓國嘅燒肉同埋佢嘅人蔘雞。所以梗係叫咗呢兩樣野啦,除咗呢兩樣野,仲叫多咗碟泡菜炒飯。同好多韓國餐廳一樣,都係會免費提供前菜,個人覺得佢嘅泡菜幾好食,偏辣而且都幾濃味,大家記住要食多啲啦,可以免費添加㗎。先講燒肉,當日我哋只係兩個人,所以只係叫咗一個五花腩,佢嘅五花腩唔算係好肥嗰種,啱女仔。我好怕食到一啲好肥嘅肉,會好易食到好膩嘅感覺,個人會好快無胃口。我哋燒嘅時候,店員都會時不時過嚟幫我地去燒d肉,幾好服務㗎!跟住就係我最鍾意嘅人蔘雞湯。碗人蔘雞湯好清甜,而且個雞煲得好淋,入面有兩條人參,個湯真係好好味,我真係一滴都無剩!至泡菜炒飯,用泡菜炒飯真係好野味,除咗泡菜之外,仲加咗啲紫菜,芝麻,煎蛋,夠曬濃味!
