To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 食過幾次 尖沙咀店 印象甚佳朋友約灣仔食飯 話 北京老家 午餐好抵食 所以約在這裡晚飯這時我先知 灣仔有分店北京老家好得意 餐廳都喜歡設計成2 層 入面有樓梯 或者大廈有電梯到各層中國style 的裝修 擺設 一定不少得 帶d 外國朋友來 他們會看得好開心吧北京老家要符合他的店名 口味當然會 濃烈一點不過還是比 中國北方的味道溫和偶爾都想食下這樣香濃的味道 刺激味蕾晚飯有好多 普通話食客口味應該 適合他們 我們點了 片皮鴨半隻肥瘦均勻 皮脆 食片皮鴨 總覺得 塊餅皮越多越好這裡數目剛好 4個人 每人都有2-3 卷四喜烤麩 有冬菇和豆豆 一起份量比 上海菜的大 和豐富葫蘆香鴿 2隻 唔知是否裝在裡所以有此名店員細心地幫我們份8件 表面乾脆 裡面肉汁和 油脂亦然保留皮的做法稍微比 廣東式的 燒乳鴿厚 味道非常好 有孜然 五香 調味香氣十足不夠濃味的 還可以點香料鹽五門肉青 名字有d得意單由菜名 和店員 吹了一陣水 氣氛融洽其實就係 豬頸肉 好似 蔥爆牛肉的味 但無蔥 入門伴了一些 好似薯仔咁嘅蔬菜 細細片 好好食的 不要當蔥蒜 捨棄他們 主食 叫左 牛肉 刀削麵麵條較薄 份量好夠老佛爺米糕
