呢排分別係唔同區都見到呢間劉興記生煎包,店員係門口推介話生煎包如果冇爆汁都可以免費更換,咁有信心我就入去試下。生煎包即叫即製,可以揀招牌(原味)口味或者蟹黃口味。我就兩款都點1,2隻試下。再食埋小籠包真係飽到加零一,但又超好味!重點一提係佢嘅豆漿係任飲。生煎包($20/2隻;$35/4隻;$50/6隻),食落個底煎得香脆,咬落去真係會爆汁,要小心食。湯汁味道濃郁,入埋嘅肉飽滿又唔夠鞋口,表面有黑芝麻和香蔥,香口好食。蟹黃生煎包我就更加鐘意。餡料加入滿滿蟹膏同蟹肉,個種濃濃香味真係不得了,鮮味十足,蟹黃餡料口感更加豐富!至於小籠包,一客4隻。佢個皮薄得嚟又唔會好易爛,入面嘅湯汁非常之多,熱辣辣蒸氣配埋薑絲非常好食!豆漿任飲真係太慷慨啦,豆味濃,唔會因為任飲就質素差,太滿意啦呢餐!
