今晚我們行過旺角染布房街見到有間新開嘅西餐廳「The Trafalgar Brewing Company」,由於今晚係英超比賽日,而我們見到店內擺放咗多部電視播放著英超賽事,就算坐喺唔同嘅位置角度,都可以睇到,所以我們就決定入去食晚飯!我們叫咗兩個晚餐:烤新西蘭肉眼扒嘅肉質極之嫩滑,肉味非常濃郁,食落有啖啖肉汁,仲要係媽咪最鍾意嘅厚切,而且份量十足,師傅控制嘅火候亦可以達到我們嘅要求係7成熟,又唔會過咗火令到塊肉眼扒變到又乾又韌,真係值得一讚!煙肉蘑菇卡邦尼意粉嘅意粉質感好煙韌彈牙,醬汁嘅味道好香濃,唔會有好膩嘅感覺!另外再單點咗迷你漢堡嘅包質好軟熟,漢堡扒嘅肉質相當鬆軟,唔會有好「騷」嘅味道!原隻德國鹹豬手係用一塊大木板盛載著已切開一件件嘅豬手上碟,外皮燒得非常卜卜脆,肉質好軟滑,肉味好香濃,脂肪亦唔會太多,所以唔會有好油膩嘅感覺,再加埋香甜嘅蜂蜜芥末醬一齊食,真係好惹味!海鮮燴意大利飯有忌廉汁或蕃茄醬,我們就選擇咗蕃茄醬,出嚟嘅色澤賣相真係色香味俱全,而且令到味道更加鮮味,唔會有好膩嘅感覺,呢點係我們非常鍾意,而海鮮嘅份量係超級多,青口同蝦起碼各有8隻或以上,唔會祇得一兩隻,可以每
總括:可以食得出老闆對食物出品嘅質素非常有熱誠同要求!店員嘅服務態度相當親切有禮!
