To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 救命!伏中之伏!去到見到餐牌已經覺得伏伏地,好少選擇,但唔緊要~貴精不貴多~以為會好食啦,點知哪左個二日套餐$408。啲野食黎到,我以為去左快餐店,hea到爆!尤其係個咖喱海鮮,將啲急凍海鮮馺熟,直接放落去咖喱汁度,一咬落去啲海鮮,又梅又淡,成啖水仲喺入面,仲要入面有個炸咗嘅魚柳,但係放咗好耐林晒、而且入面仲係凍嘅!好難食!之後食個雞丁都係,成碟嘢唔熱嘅,味道亦都唔好味,好一般~仲有個薄餅,由得來完全鬆化,實嘣嘣咁~🤮🤢🥴整體上係食材唔新鮮,完全唔值呢個價,真係好失望,以後唔會再食~
