今日特登同朋友過嚟筲箕灣幫襯佢。我點咗個焦糖燉蛋雪糕班戟,雪糕要咗豆腐味。班戟皮入面先放雪糕,然後係cream再喺面放上焦糖燉蛋,成件事夾到不得了。首先豆腐雪糕嘅豆腐味好香,唔好太甜,奶味亦唔算重,食落幾清新,唔會有膩嘅感覺,就算食埋中間啲cream都冇咁罪惡感,面嘅焦糖燉蛋好香甜,蛋味好濃,而且焦糖亦烤得剛剛好。班戟皮我好鍾意,新鮮軟熟,一啖咬落去夾埋啲料實在太刺激!下次有機會要再嚟試,試埋其他雪糕配搭!
