棋哥的燒味出名有水準已經不用多說,今日發現原來於The One都開設了分店,那晚餐就吃棋哥吧!餐有二人餐 ($248)不設加一,但我們還是選擇了散點。點了一個《雙拼瀨粉$65》,自選了脆皮燒腩仔和佛山燻蹄。分開送上,瀨粉中碗又夠熱,燒腩仔皮果然夠脆口又不油膩,肉之間有脂肪,令燒肉入口爽彈。《棋哥叉燒飯 $60》叉燒分量多,而且醃得十分入味。叉燒偏瘦,有咬口。《玫瑰豉油雞(例牌) $88》十分讚!雞肉極嫩滑,又入味但不會偏咸,下次要吃半隻!另+$8 一碗老火湯 再加+20 碟油菜 每杯飲品+$3,凍飲不加錢。
