上次食過馬鞍山時代冰室,試了鐵板飯等,水準相當唔錯,今次去九龍灣呢間,目標瞄準晚市蒸餸。總共點佐3款餸:蟲草花雲耳蒸滑雞、家和三色蒸水蛋、豉汁蒸倉魚。金針雲耳蒸滑雞好常見,用蟲草花就第一次見,雖然其實蟲草花冇乜味,但口感幾好。雞肉夠滑,個汁夠味,用黎送白飯相當好!家和三色蒸水蛋,唔明家和係點解?其實都係雞蛋、鹹蛋同皮蛋,材料好足,唔會只得幾粒,望落好夠料!水蛋質感唔會好腍,唔會一夾就散,但係蒸得夠滑,基本上嗌一碟水蛋,都可以食到兩碗飯!諗住好耐先叫呢味豉汁蒸倉魚,因為在茶餐廳食蒸魚,成日食到陣腥味!有時塊魚解凍時間唔夠,塊魚有D地方腍,有D地方硬身D,完全唔好食!今次決定叫黎試試,估唔到好好食!魚肉算滑,冇乜腥味,加上大量豆豉,味道好夠,一定要試!冇諗過在冰室食蒸餸,可以全部都咁滿意!每味餸都有例湯送,個例湯都好好飲,感覺就算在冰室食晚飯,都可以好健康!

家和三色蒸水蛋,唔明家和係點解?其實都係雞蛋、鹹蛋同皮蛋,材料好足,唔會只得幾粒,望落好夠料!水蛋質感唔會好腍,唔會一夾就散,但係蒸得夠滑,基本上嗌一碟水蛋,都可以食到兩碗飯!
